2. Free Educational License & Fair Use

All interactive content, mental arithmetic generators, 3D world globe models, and flag quizzes available on Quzgo are provided free of charge for personal educational enrichment, classroom teaching, and self-study purposes.

Fair Play & Anti-Cheating: Automated scripts, bots, headless browsers, or reverse-engineering attempts designed to artificially inflate leaderboard scores or generate fraudulent ad clicks are strictly forbidden and will result in IP termination.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom game code, branding logos, pedagogical text explanations, and visual styling on Quzgo are the intellectual property of Quzgo. Country flag vectors and geographic boundary data are utilized under open educational and public domain standards.

The materials on Quzgo's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Quzgo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of geographical/historical trivia.
